We recommend clients to arrive at the spa 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment, in this time we welcome you into our relaxation area and offer you a complementary drink to relax you into the spa environment. We also ask you to fill in your client consultation card to hand to your therapist.

Day Spa packages require a 50% deposit to secure the booking, this is redeemed on the treatment day.

Pure Indulgence Day Spa gift vouchers are validated for 6 months.

The use of mobile phones are prohibited in the spa or must be turned on to silent to ensure the ambeince and serenity of the spa is calm and peaceful.

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to enter the spa, this is respect the experience of other spa users and also for health and safety reasons.

OPENING TIMES

Pure Indulgence Day Spa requires 24 hours notice prior to any cancellations, failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

It is our policy that if you were to arrive late for your treatment, you will be entitled to the remaining time left for your treatment but will be billed for the full cost of the treatment booked.
